What are the shipping charges?
COD charges of Rs.80 will be charged on orders below Rs.499.

For online payment orders, following shipping charges are applicable: Upto Rs. 500 = Rs. 80 Order value Rs. 500-Rs.1000, shipping charges Rs.60, Order value Rs.1000-Rs.1500, shipping charges Rs. 40 Above Rs.1500- shipping charges are free

Where do you ship?
Across India. However, there could be a few pin codes for which serviceability is not possible. We don’t ship overseas for now. We’ll be coming up with that very soon.

What if I haven’t received my order?
Don’t worry. Just write to us at info@pepakids.in with our order number and tracking number, and we’ll update you about the exact status of your order.
